Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. Negotiating on Participation in a Drilling Prospect in the Wilcox Formation, South Texas

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - July 27, 2010) - Matrixx Resource Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MXXH) announces it has engaged in negotiations to acquire up to a 50% working interest in an 82-acre lease on an oil and gas prospect located in the Wilcox Formation in Live Oak County, Texas.
